Dom DeLuise, one of my favorite actors growing up, has died. My dad loved his movies, and as a by-product so did I. (Which I should learn from with my own kids). My favorite was “12 Chairs” a Mel Brooks movie (one of the more tame Brooks movies) from 1970. Below is a trailer from the movie. If you haven’t seen it, it’s worth a Netflix or Blockbuster rental.

Ditto. So glad to see another fan! I always loved Cannonball Run. Yes, it was juvenile and crude at times but he played such a lovable character and did it so well!
I’ll bet that your kids like to watch his son’s show on the Disney Channel… “Wizards of Waverly Place”…
That is one of my all time favorites. It’s sad that so few people have seen it.
